About MongleFonts and our font review process
Learn how MongleFonts selects free fonts, checks licensing evidence, and handles corrections or removal requests.
Why MongleFonts exists
MongleFonts is an independent discovery site where people can compare Korean, Japanese, and English typefaces with the same text and reach the official distributor and license information. We aim to provide enough context to judge the character and practical use of a typeface, rather than operating as a bare directory of download links.
How fonts are selected
A font is considered only when its creator or a reliable official distributor can be identified and its free and commercial-use terms can be reviewed. We compare the font name, creator, supported scripts, styles, and distribution address. Files with an unclear source or unverifiable terms are not published.
How licenses are checked
We read the latest terms on the official distribution page and distinguish commercial use, modification, redistribution, embedding, and resale of the font files. Our summaries are discovery aids, not legal advice. Check the linked official terms again before using a font in production because the distributor’s current terms always take precedence.
Corrections and removal
If a creator name, font name, license, or source URL is wrong—or if a rights holder requests removal—email support@monglefonts.com with supporting information. We temporarily unpublish credible reports, compare them with the source and registration record, and then correct or remove the entry.
Editorial independence and contact
Listings are reviewed by the operator. We do not publish fonts with unclear rights to increase traffic or advertising revenue. Contact business@monglefonts.com for partnerships and support@monglefonts.com for corrections and customer support.
